Bonus Chest Not Appearing

Problem: You don't see a bonus chest when spawning.

Solution: Verify that "Bonus Chest" was enabled in world settings *before* creating the world. The data pack cannot add a bonus chest to worlds created without this setting. Delete the world and create a new one with the setting enabled.

Inventory Chest Mode Not Working

Problem: New players aren't receiving a chest in their inventory.

Solution:

1. Confirm you ran /function various_starting_loot:settings to enable mode 2

2. Ensure new players are actually *new* to the world (first join)

3. The chest should appear in their inventory automatically — check all slots

Data Pack Not Loading

Problem: No biome-specific loot appears at all.

Solution: Verify the data pack is installed and enabled in your world's data pack list. Reload the world if needed. The data pack requires either bonus chest mode or inventory chest mode to be active — check your settings with the function command.
