Locating Nether Ores Effectively

Vanilla Glowing Ores applies the same luminous treatment to Nether ores, including ancient debris, nether quartz, and nether gold ore. The glow effect is particularly useful in the Nether, where the landscape is already visually dense.

Steps:

1. Travel to the Nether and locate a suitable mining area

2. Watch for the distinctive glow of nether ores against the darker netherrack and blackstone

3. Ancient debris will have its own unique glow signature, making it easier to spot than in vanilla

4. Mine systematically through layers where these ores spawn

Nether Mining Tips

The Nether's natural lighting can sometimes compete with the ore glow. If you're having trouble seeing ores clearly, reduce your torch brightness or temporarily lower your render distance to focus on nearby blocks. The glow effect works best when you're within a moderate viewing distance of the ore.

Ancient debris spawning is rare, but the glow makes each one immediately recognizable. Nether quartz and nether gold ore become much easier to farm efficiently with this pack, as you won't miss any blocks while strip-mining.
