Enable Fullbright for Multiplayer Servers
Using Fullbright on Servers
Vanilla Fullbright Resource Pack works on multiplayer servers just like single-player worlds—it's purely client-side, meaning the server doesn't need to support it and other players won't see your brightness changes.
Installation for Multiplayer
1. Install the pack in your .minecraft/resourcepacks/ folder as normal
2. Launch the game and connect to your server
3. Once in-game, open Options > Resource Packs and activate Vanilla Fullbright
4. The brightness boost applies immediately to your view only
Server Compatibility Notes
This pack works on any vanilla or modded server—no special permissions or mods are required server-side. You'll maintain fullbright visibility even if the server has custom lighting rules or dark areas. Other players on the server will see normal lighting; your fullbright is invisible to them.
Performance on Servers
Since the pack is lightweight, it won't increase server lag or bandwidth usage. Your client handles all brightness rendering locally, so even on servers with many players or heavy lag, fullbright remains smooth and responsive.
