Track Which Training Sources Contribute to Stats

Using Source Filters

The mod lets you control where effort values come from. Open the settings menu and find the source filters tab. You can toggle contributions from wild battles, training items (vitamins and berries), and third-party mods independently.

Filtering Training Methods

Disable wild battle sources if you want to train only with items, or vice versa. This is useful for creating specific training regimens or preventing unintended stat gains from exploration. Third-party mod sources can also be toggled if other mods in your pack affect Cobblemon stats.

Monitoring Active Sources

When you gain effort values, action-bar messages indicate which source contributed the points. This feedback helps you verify your filter settings are working as intended. Check the Cobblemon summary screen to see your total progress and confirm that only your desired training methods are being counted toward your caps.
