Vanguard Stat Zenith Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I see my Pokémon's effort values in real time?
Hold a vitamin, feather, or stat-reducing berry in your main hand and aim your crosshair at your Pokémon. The HUD overlay will display live stat progress with color-coded bars and gold stars for maxed stats.
What's the difference between Uncapped Total Stats and Unlimited Mode?
Uncapped Total Stats lets you reach 252 points in every stat (1512 total) while respecting individual stat limits. Unlimited Mode removes all restrictions entirely, letting you distribute effort values however you want with no caps.
Can I speed up EV training with this mod?
Yes—open the Mods menu settings screen and adjust the stat multiplier slider from 1x up to 100x to accelerate how quickly stats increase from battles and items.
How do I know which training sources are giving my Pokémon EVs?
Use the source filters in the settings menu to toggle contributions from wild battles, held items, or third-party mods, then check the action-bar notifications to see which source just added stats.
Will this mod break my existing save file?
No—the mod preserves existing save data safely and works with all standard training items and berries without corrupting your progress.
Can regular players change the EV caps, or only server operators?
Core gameplay mechanics like caps and multipliers are locked to operators only. Regular players can adjust visual preferences like HUD position and notification sounds through the client settings tab.
Why isn't the HUD showing up when I hold a vitamin?
Make sure you're holding the vitamin in your main hand (not offhand), aiming your crosshair directly at your Pokémon, and that the HUD is enabled in the client settings menu.
Does this mod work with Cobblemon's standard training items?
Yes—it works with all standard training items and berries, including vitamins, feathers, and stat-reducing berries, while adding extra tracking and customization on top.
How do I access the settings menu?
Open the Mods menu in-game and select the Vanguard Stat Zenith settings screen. You'll see separate tabs for server rules (if you're an operator) and client visuals.
Can I see how many stats are maxed on my Pokémon without aiming at it?
Yes—open your Pokémon's summary screen in Cobblemon and the mod displays a total stat counter and maxed stat indicators directly on that screen.
