Understanding Pyramid Structure

Desert pyramids in this mod are completely overhauled with puzzle rooms, hidden loot chambers, and explosive traps. Unlike vanilla pyramids, these structures are dangerous and require careful exploration. Expect multiple levels, underground passageways, and interconnected rooms.

Trap Awareness

Move slowly through pyramid corridors and watch for pressure plates, tripwires, and suspicious block placements. Many traps trigger explosions or drop sand—use a shield or position yourself carefully when disarming mechanisms. Bring blocks to safely cross trapped floors.

Finding Treasure

Loot chests are hidden throughout puzzle rooms. Study the room layouts for clues—decorative blocks, patterns, and architectural hints often indicate treasure locations or safe paths. Some chests may be behind breakable walls or require solving simple block puzzles.

Preparation

Bring healing items, blocks for building bridges, and tools for mining through obstacles. Torches help you mark safe routes for return trips. Consider bringing a bow for ranged combat if guardians or other hostile mobs spawn in certain chambers.
