Adjust Focus Distance and Blur Intensity

Access the Configuration Menu

Open the mod's built-in settings by pressing the designated config key (default varies by installation). You'll see sliders and toggles for depth of field parameters.

Fine-Tune Your Focus Range

The focus distance slider controls how far from your camera the sharp focal plane sits. Move it closer to blur distant terrain, or push it further to keep nearby blocks crisp while softening the background. Find the sweet spot for your playstyle—builders often prefer a wider focus range, while cinematic players tighten it for dramatic effect.

Control Blur Intensity

Adjust the blur strength slider to make out-of-focus areas more or less blurred. Higher values create a stronger depth effect but may feel distracting during combat or navigation. Lower values provide subtle focus without overwhelming the visuals.

Test in Real-Time

Changes apply instantly. Walk around your world, look at different distances, and adjust until the effect feels natural. Save your settings when satisfied—they persist across sessions.
