Finding Which Items Have Uncrafting Recipes

Checking Recipe Availability

The mod includes uncrafting recipes for most vanilla crafted items—over 720 in total. To check if an item can be uncrafted, place it in your crafting table. If an uncrafting recipe appears in the output slots, that item is supported.

Categories of Uncrattable Items

Vanilla tools, weapons, armor, and crafted blocks typically have uncrafting recipes. Decorative blocks, utility items, and storage blocks are also commonly supported. However, some vanilla items may not have recipes—particularly smelted items or those with complex crafting chains.

Items That Cannot Be Uncrafted

Raw materials (ore, ingots, planks) and items obtained through smelting or other non-crafting methods generally don't have uncrafting recipes. Modded items from other mods are also unsupported unless the mod author adds compatibility.

Experimenting Safely

Test uncrafting with common items you have duplicates of. This helps you learn which items in your world can be recycled and plan your storage and resource management accordingly.
