How do I see the extra hotbars when I first install the mod?
The extra hotbars appear automatically at the bottom of your screen once the mod is installed. If you only see your normal single hotbar, check that the mod isn't disabled in your configuration settings, or try pressing the toggle key (=) to switch to multi-bar view.
What's the difference between pressing R once and holding R?
Pressing R quickly swaps a single item between your active hotbar and the extra row. Holding R triggers a secondary action based on your long press delay setting, which you can configure in the mod options.
How do I switch between 2, 3, or 4 hotbars on screen?
Hold Left Ctrl and press 1, 2, 3, or 4 to cycle through different hotbar layouts. You can also change the default layout permanently in the Hotbar Mode configuration option.
Can I use this mod on multiplayer servers?
Yes, the mod works completely on your client side, so you can use it on any multiplayer server without needing the server to have the mod installed.
How do I swap items in a specific slot number without swapping the whole row?
Double-tap the number key (1-9) for the slot you want to trade, and it will swap that single slot with the matching slot in your connected backpack row.
What does 'Vanilla Style Mode' do?
Vanilla Style Mode hides the extra hotbars from your screen but keeps all the swap hotkeys active, so you can still use the mod's item-swapping features while seeing only the standard single hotbar.
How do I cycle through different backpack rows without using hotkeys?
Scroll your mouse wheel past the edge slots of your hotbar to auto-swap to the next row. You can also hold the = key to manually cycle through rows.
Why aren't my hotbar swaps making a sound?
Check that the 'Play Swap Sound Effect' option is enabled in your configuration settings. If it's already on, make sure your game volume isn't muted.
Can I move the offhand item display to a different position on my screen?
Yes, use the 'Offhand Offset' configuration option to adjust where the offhand icon appears relative to your main hotbar.
Does this mod affect my performance or cause lag?
The mod runs entirely on your client and has minimal performance impact since it only displays extra UI elements and processes hotkey inputs. You should not experience noticeable lag from using it.
