Use Custom Trinkets with Enchantments and Vanilla Mechanics

Enchanting Accessories

Trinkets Updated allows many custom accessories to accept standard Minecraft enchantments. Place an accessory in an anvil alongside an enchanted book, just as you would enchant regular tools or armor. Not all trinkets support enchantments—this depends on how the item was designed by the mod that created it.

Combining with Armor Effects

Equipped accessories work alongside your regular armor. You can wear full diamond armor and still benefit from rings, charms, or other trinkets in your trinket slots simultaneously. Effects stack, so multiple accessories with similar bonuses will combine.

Vanilla Mechanic Compatibility

Custom accessories integrate with vanilla Minecraft mechanics. For example, if you equip an Elytra in your chest armor slot, you can still wear a chest trinket in your trinket slots—they don't conflict. Accessories respect standard game rules like fall damage reduction or movement speed bonuses.

Checking Item Tooltips

Hover over any trinket in your inventory to see its effects and any enchantments it carries. Trinkets Updated displays this information clearly so you know what each accessory does before equipping it.
