Equip and Manage Accessories in Your Trinket Slots

Opening Your Trinket Slots

Press E to open your inventory. Look to the left of your character portrait—you'll see several slot groups organized by body part (head, chest, legs, feet, hands, and offhand). These groups only appear if mods in your instance actually provide accessories for them.

Placing Accessories

Click on any slot group to expand it and view the available trinket slots within that category. Drag accessories from your inventory into these slots just like you would equip armor. Each slot can hold one item.

You can equip multiple accessories simultaneously—for example, wearing two rings in your hand slots while also wearing a charm on your chest. This lets you combine effects and benefits without sacrificing your regular armor.

Removing Accessories

Click on an equipped accessory in a trinket slot to remove it and return it to your inventory. If your inventory is full, the item will drop on the ground nearby.

Viewing Active Slots

Only slot groups that have accessories available in your mods will display. If you don't see a particular body group, no installed mods are providing trinkets for that slot yet.
