Remove Armor Trims Using Invisible Glass Trims

Understanding Invisible Trims

Glass is a special trim material in this mod that makes trims visually disappear from your armor. This is useful when you want to remove a trim you applied earlier or create a clean, untrimmed look while keeping your armor piece.

Apply Glass to Remove Visible Trims

1. Open your smithing table

2. Place the trimmed armor piece in the left slot

3. Add an armor trim template in the second slot

4. Put glass in the material slot

5. Collect your armor—the trim will no longer be visible

Important Notes

Applying a glass trim replaces the previous trim; it doesn't stack. You can apply glass multiple times if needed. This works on any armor piece that already has a trim. If you want to experiment with different colors, using glass lets you start fresh without needing a new armor piece.
