Link Street Lamps to a Central Control System

Gather Your Tools and Lamps

Place street lamp blocks along your roads, in parking areas, or around public squares. Obtain a Wrench and a Street Lamp Configuration Card.

Create the Control Network

Hold the Wrench and right-click each street lamp you want to control. The lamps will show a visual indicator (glow or highlight) confirming they're linked. You can link multiple lamps to a single controller.

Place a Street Lamp Controller block in a central, accessible location. Right-click it to open the configuration menu.

Set Lighting Schedules

In the controller menu, you can configure:

  • When lamps turn on (e.g., at dusk)
  • When lamps turn off (e.g., at dawn)
  • Brightness levels if supported

All linked lamps will now follow the same schedule automatically. This is ideal for creating realistic day-night cycles in your city or ensuring consistent lighting across a large area without manual toggling.

Tip: Use the Street Lamp Configuration Card for fine-tuning individual lamp settings if needed.
