Drop Tools on the Ground

Press Q while holding any tool to drop it. The item falls to the ground and displays as a 3D model instead of a flat sprite. You can now see realistic depth from any angle as the item sits on blocks or grass.

View Items from Different Angles

Walk around dropped tools to observe their 3D shape from multiple perspectives. The thickness of handles, blade geometry, and material details become apparent when you view them from the side or above—something impossible with flat textures.

Collect Multiple Tool Types

Drop several different tools (wooden, stone, iron, diamond) near each other and step back. The visual hierarchy is immediately clear: higher-tier tools have more elaborate and detailed 3D models, making progression feel rewarding.

Use in Builds and Displays

If you're decorating a base or creating a trophy room, dropped 3D tools look far more impressive on display than flat items. Consider placing them on item frames or armor stands for a polished, detailed look.
