TKVM Enemies Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I start playing TKVM Enemies Mod?
Find wandering Masons (red and black armor) or Agathians (blue and gold armor) in your world, then drop gold, emeralds, or diamonds near them to gain their favor. Once friendly, they'll leave you alone and you can watch them battle each other or help them fight enemies.
What happens if I accidentally hit a faction member?
Each hit lowers your reputation with that faction; hit them more than 5 times or kill them, and their entire team will hunt you down until you restore your reputation by giving them valuables or healing their wounded soldiers.
How do I raise my reputation after going hostile?
Drop gold, emeralds, or diamonds near faction members to regain favor, or heal wounded soldiers by standing near them—both actions boost your reputation score back up.
What's the difference between the unit types?
Archers are weak but attack from range; MAA units dodge quickly; Knights and Vanguards hit hard and ignore armor; Elite Leaders have the most health and command other units into battle.
How do village clashes start?
When you're in a village with low reputation, the two factions automatically begin a massive war and will destroy buildings and each other—you can watch the chaos unfold or join in.
Can I turn off village clashes?
Yes, set enableVillageClashes to false in the mod configuration to prevent villages from becoming war zones.
What do Elite Leaders drop when defeated?
Elite Leaders are high-value targets that drop better loot than regular soldiers, making them worth hunting if you have the skill to take them down.
Do faction soldiers attack each other without my involvement?
Yes, Masons and Agathians are constantly at war with each other—Elite Leaders will gather squads and patrol the map looking for enemy units to engage.
Can I fight alongside one faction against the other?
Yes, by maintaining high reputation with one faction and low with the other, you can effectively ally with them and fight their enemies together.
Will soldiers react to what I do in battle?
Soldiers call for help when in danger, taunt enemies, thank you for assistance, and apologize for mistakes—their reactions add immersion to the combat experience.
