Create or edit the Tips Enhancement Mod config with messages relevant to your server or modpack. Write tips that help new players understand rules, find resources, or learn about custom content.

Use Clear, Concise Language

Players often skim tips quickly. Keep messages short and actionable:

• "Use /spawn to return to the starting area"
• "Claim your land with /claim"
• "Read the rules at /rules"

Distribute the Config

Include the configured mod in your modpack folder or server files. When players install the modpack or join the server, they automatically receive your tips without extra setup.

Test Before Release

Load your modpack or server locally and verify tips appear on all screens. Check that colors display correctly and text is readable.

Update Tips Over Time

As your server or modpack evolves, edit the config and redistribute it. Players will see updated tips on their next login or game restart. This keeps guidance current without requiring code changes.
