Unlock Dimensions After a Certain Number of In-Game Days

Time-Based Dimension Access

Progression servers often want to gate the Nether and End until players have played for a set duration. The mod supports elapsed in-game day conditions for this exact purpose.

Configuring Day-Based Rules

1. Run /function disable_dimensions:config to open the main menu

2. Select the dimension you want to time-gate (Nether, End, or custom)

3. Choose Add Condition and select Elapsed Days or In-Game Time

4. Enter the number of days that must pass before access is granted

5. Confirm and close the menu

How It Works

Once the server or world reaches the specified day count, all players automatically gain access to that dimension. The mod tracks in-game time, so the restriction lifts based on actual gameplay progression, not real-world time.

You can combine this with other conditions—for example, requiring both 10 days *and* a specific achievement before allowing End access. This creates natural progression gates for multiplayer servers.
