How to Enable Eating Animations for Your Food Items
Theone's Eating Animation Resource Pack works by replacing the default first-person eating animation with a custom one, but it only triggers when the pack is actually active and the item you are eating is one the pack covers. If you eat something and see no animation change, the first thing to check is whether the resource pack is loaded and sitting above the default pack in your list.
Checking the Pack Is Active
Open Options, then Resource Packs. Theone's Eating Animation should appear in the selected list on the right, not the available list on the left. Drag it to the top of the selected column so nothing else overrides its models and textures. Apply and confirm the pack reloads without errors.
Confirming the Item Is Covered
Not every edible item necessarily has a custom animation. Test with a common food such as bread, an apple, or cooked meat. Hold the food, hold right-click, and watch your hand in first-person view. If the animation plays, the pack is working. If a specific food looks unchanged, that item simply may not have a custom animation in this pack.
If Nothing Changes
Make sure you are in first-person view, since the eating animation is a hand animation and is not visible the same way in third-person. Also confirm no other resource pack above it is replacing the same item models.
