Building Your Well Structure

Locate a suitable spot for your well, ideally near a water source or in an area with high groundwater. Construct the well block according to the mod's specifications—this typically involves stacking blocks in a specific pattern to create a functional water extraction point.

Operating the Well

Once built, approach the well with a bucket in your inventory. Right-click the well to begin the water extraction process. The well uses a rope mechanism to pull water from underground, so ensure you have the necessary rope or similar component available.

Collecting Fresh Water

The bucket fills with fresh water as the well operates. Retrieve your filled bucket and use the water for drinking, cooking, or other survival needs. Wells are particularly valuable in TFC Plus Bids because they provide a renewable water source without requiring you to travel to surface water bodies.

You can operate the well repeatedly, making it a reliable long-term water supply for your base.
