Train Your Followers to Learn New Skills

Understanding the Skill System

Your followers learn skills by completing specific tasks and reaching experience thresholds. Each skill has unique requirements—some demand combat, others require hunting specific mobs or consuming rare items.

How to Progress Skills

1. Open your subordinate menu and navigate to the Skills tab to see all available abilities and their progress bars.

2. Identify which skills your followers are closest to unlocking by checking the progress percentage.

3. Complete the required tasks:

• Combat skills need EP accumulation and enemy defeats in battle
• Monster hunting skills require defeating specific mob types (Slimes, Orcs, Centipedes, Spiders)
• Special item skills unlock by consuming rare cores
• Environment skills combine EP thresholds with environmental interaction (like swimming)

4. Monitor progress bars in real-time—they update as your followers complete tasks.

5. Once a skill reaches 100%, it automatically unlocks for that follower.

Managing Learned Skills

After unlocking an ability, click on it in the Skills menu to toggle it on or off. This lets you customize each follower's active moveset without losing mastery of disabled skills. Mastery levels persist, so you can re-enable skills anytime.
