Set Up Role Permissions for Your Team Project

Access Project Settings

Press K to open your task list menu and select your team project. Look for a settings icon or gear symbol in the project interface. Click it to open the project settings where you can manage member roles and permissions.

Assign Roles to Team Members

In the project settings, you'll see a list of members. Each member can be assigned a role—typically project lead, organizer, or helper. Project leads have full control over tasks and member permissions. Organizers can create and edit tasks. Helpers can claim open tasks and mark them complete.

Customize What Each Role Can Do

Depending on your mod version, you may be able to fine-tune what each role can do. Leaders might assign tasks while helpers only claim work. Adjust these settings based on your team's workflow.

Invite New Members

Use the project settings to add new team members by their username. They'll receive access to the project and can start viewing and claiming tasks based on their assigned role.
