How do I open the task list?
Press K to open the main Team Tasks menu where you can create and manage all your projects and tasks. You can also press J to toggle a smaller on-screen display of your active tasks while exploring.
Can I use this mod in single player or only on servers?
Team Tasks works in both single player and multiplayer servers. In single player, you'll use your personal workspace; on servers, you can create shared team projects and assign tasks to other players.
What's the difference between a personal list and a team project?
Personal lists are private to you and visible only in your own menu, while team projects are shared with other players on your server and can be assigned to teammates. You can switch between them in the left sidebar of the task menu.
How do I assign a task to someone who is offline?
Open the task details, select the assignment option, and choose the teammate's name from the list—the assignment will be waiting for them when they log back in.
What do role permissions do?
Role permissions let you control who can create, edit, and delete tasks in a shared project. Project leads can set permissions to allow helpers to claim and complete tasks without being able to modify the overall project structure.
How do I keep important projects from getting buried in my list?
Click the star icon next to any project to pin it to the top of your sidebar, making it easy to find your priority goals at a glance.
Can I search for tasks if I have a lot of them?
Yes, use the search bar in the task menu to find tasks by name, and use tags to organize and filter tasks into categories for quick access.
What happens if my task list file gets corrupted?
The mod automatically creates backups of your saved lists, so you can recover your tasks if a file is damaged.
How do I rearrange my tasks if I change priorities?
Open your task list and drag and drop unfinished tasks to reorder them—completed tasks stay at the bottom and can be archived or deleted.
Can I hide the on-screen task display while I'm building?
Yes, press J to toggle the on-screen task list on or off, and press H to expand or collapse the task details without closing the menu.
