Assign a Task to a Teammate on Your Server

Open the Task and Select a Team Member

Press K to open your task list menu. Find the task you want to assign and click on it to view its details. Look for an assignment field or dropdown menu—this is where you'll select who should handle the job.

Complete the Assignment

Click the assignment field and choose your teammate's name from the list of project members. The mod will save this assignment even if your teammate is offline, so they'll see it the next time they log in.

Verify Permissions

Make sure you have the right role to assign tasks. Project leads and organizers can assign work, but regular helpers may only be able to claim tasks for themselves. If you can't assign tasks, ask your project lead to adjust your role in the project settings.

Notify Your Team

While the assignment appears in their task list automatically, consider telling your teammate in chat that you've assigned them work. This ensures they notice it right away rather than discovering it later.
