How Sneaking Works

The Sneak talent rewards you for staying hidden. When you crouch (default: Shift key) and remain undetected for a short duration, you become invisible to mobs and players. This opens opportunities for devastating first strikes.

Landing a Sneak Attack

1. Crouch and move away from enemies' line of sight

3. Approach your target while invisible

4. Attack before they notice you

5. Your first hit deals bonus damage because the opponent is unaware

Leveling Sneak

Successful sneak attacks and time spent sneaking contribute to your Sneak talent level. Higher levels increase:

• Invisibility duration
• First-strike damage multiplier
• How quickly invisibility activates

Combat Tips

Sneak is most effective in exploration and PvP scenarios. Combine it with high-damage weapons (Swords or Axes) to eliminate threats before they react. Use terrain and darkness to your advantage when building invisibility.
