Understanding Talent Progression

Talents in Talentium are skills you level up by performing related actions. Each of the 13 talents tracks progress independently, and you can focus on whichever playstyle suits you.

Choosing and Leveling Your First Talent

Start with a talent that matches your current activity:

• Mining: Break ores with a pickaxe to gain levels and unlock faster mining speed
• Fishing: Cast your line in any biome to begin leveling and unlocking unique fish
• Swords: Engage mobs in combat to level up and gain bleed damage effects
• Agriculture: Break crops to collect special items like Ender Beetroot and Hasty Carrot

Each action contributes experience toward that talent's level. As you level up, you'll unlock mechanical bonuses—faster mining, better loot, stronger attacks, or unique items.

Tracking Progress

Open your advancements menu (default: L key) to see talent-related achievements and milestones. These guide you toward understanding what each talent offers and what to unlock next.

There's no "wrong" talent to start with—pick one that excites you and begin playing naturally.
