How to Share a Litematica Placement with Everyone on the Server
What sharing actually does
Syncmatica does not upload your schematic file to the server. It shares the *placement* — the position, rotation, and mirror settings of a schematic you already have loaded in
Litematica — so other players who own the same schematic file can see it appear in their world at the same coordinates. This means everyone you share with must already have the matching schematic in their
Litematica schematics folder, or they will only see a placeholder.
Steps to publish a placement
1. Load your schematic in
Litematica and position it where you want it in the world.
2. Open the
Litematica placement/schematic manager and find the entry for that placement.
3. Use the Syncmatica share option on that placement (the share control appears once Syncmatica is installed on both your client and the server).
4. Choose whether the placement is shared with all players or kept to a limited group, depending on the permissions the server gives you.
5. Confirm. The placement is now broadcast and will show up for other Syncmatica users.
Good practice
Tell your co-builders the exact schematic name so they can grab the same file. If a teammate sees nothing, the usual cause is a missing or renamed schematic on their side, not a broken share.
