How to See and Use Placements Other Players Have Shared
Where shared placements appear
Once Syncmatica is active on your client and the server, shared placements are pulled down automatically. You do not need to accept anything manually for public shares — they simply become visible in your
Litematica placement list and render in the world like any local placement.
Finding the list
1. Open the Syncmatica interface from the main menu or the in-game placement controls. Two buttons are added to the main menu for browsing shared placements.
2. Look through the list of placements other players have published. Each entry shows the schematic it belongs to and its owner.
3. Select a placement to focus it, or toggle its visibility so it renders in your world.
Making it usable
If the placement references a schematic you do not have,
Litematica cannot render the blocks. Get the same schematic file from the person who shared it and drop it into your schematics folder, then reload. After that the shared placement will display correctly and you can use it as a
build guide, material list source, or paste target just like your own placements.
Note
You cannot edit or move someone else's shared placement unless you have permission; treat them as read-only references.
