How do I improve my horse's speed and jump stats?
Ride the horse with a saddle equipped, since riding a saddled horse gradually increases its stats over time. Riding without a saddle does not count toward training.
What range can a horse's speed and jump stats be?
Each horse has a strength value from 1 to 5 for both speed and jump. These stats are no longer fixed at breeding and can be trained upward.
Where can I see my horse's stats?
They are displayed in an extended section of the horse inventory GUI. Open the horse's inventory to view its speed and jump values.
Why does my horse keep bucking me off?
Saddles now prevent horses from bucking, so equip a saddle to make the horse more controllable during rides. Without one, the horse may still buck.
Can I feed my horse while riding it?
Yes, players can feed horses while riding them. This lets you maintain or heal your horse without dismounting.
Do horses still have fixed stats when bred?
No, horses no longer have fixed statistics upon breeding. Instead, each horse has trainable speed and jump values ranging from 1 to 5.
