Creating Cactus Cubes

Place a sulfur cube adjacent to a cactus block. The cube will absorb the cactus and inherit its damaging properties, taking on a green spiky appearance.

How Cactus Cubes Work

Cactus cubes deal damage to any mob or player that touches them, similar to natural cactus blocks. Additionally, enemies that punch or attack the cube will take damage in return, making them dangerous to approach.

Setting Up Your Trap

Position cactus cubes in high-traffic areas where mobs spawn or travel. You can create a perimeter of cactus cubes around your base for passive defense, or place them in narrow corridors to damage mobs as they pass through.

Strategy: Combine cactus cubes with other trap types or redstone mechanisms for more complex defenses. The damage-on-contact effect makes them effective with minimal maintenance.
