How to Tell Which Ores Are Covered So You Do Not Miss Any

The Full Coverage List

Knowing exactly which blocks glow saves you from staring at a wall wondering why one ore is outlined and another is not. This pack covers Coal Ore and Deepslate Coal Ore, Copper Ore and Deepslate Copper Ore, Lapis Lazuli Ore and Deepslate Lapis Lazuli Ore, Iron Ore and Deepslate Iron Ore, Gold Ore and Deepslate Gold Ore, Redstone Ore and Deepslate Redstone Ore, Diamond Ore and Deepslate Diamond Ore, Emerald Ore and Deepslate Emerald Ore, Nether Quartz Ore, Nether Gold Ore, and Ancient Debris. It also outlines the Block of Raw Iron, Block of Raw Copper, and Block of Raw Gold.

What Is Deliberately Left Out

1. Blocks that are not ores or raw-metal storage blocks keep their vanilla look — stone, deepslate, and netherrack themselves are untouched.

2. Ore variants added by other mods will not glow unless that mod reuses vanilla textures.

3. Because only the listed blocks are affected, you can still use the glow as a quick visual checklist while mining.

4. If a block you expected is missing, check whether you are looking at a modded ore rather than a vanilla one.

Use this list when planning a mining trip so you know the glow is a reliable cue and not a random decoration.
