How to Reposition and Resize the Effect Display to Avoid HUD Overlap
If the effect display covers your hotbar, minimap, or other HUD mods, you can move and scale it.
Finding the position and scale options
Open the Stylish Effects config and locate the HUD widget section. There you'll find settings for the widget's screen position (often an anchor corner plus offsets) and a scale or size value.
Moving the display
Change the anchor to a different corner — for example, from top-left to top-right — then fine-tune with the offset values until the widget sits where you want. Watch out for other HUD elements in that corner and leave room for them.
Resizing for readability
Increase the scale if the timer and amplifier text are too small, or decrease it if the widget takes up too much space. Very large scales can push the widget off-screen, so adjust gradually and check the result in-game each time.
Testing with multiple effects
Apply several effects at once — through potions, beacons, or commands — so the widget expands to its full size. Confirm it still fits without overlapping other HUD elements, then save your config.
