Batch Cut Multiple Blocks Without Reselecting Your Recipe
Why Your Recipe Stays Selected
When you cut a block and remove the input material, the stonecutter remembers which recipe you just used. This means you don't have to click the same pattern again when you add fresh materials.
How to Use It
1. Open the stonecutter and select your desired block pattern from the recipe menu
2. Place materials in the input slot
3. Collect your output blocks
4. Add more materials to the input slot
5. Your recipe remains active—start cutting immediately without reselecting
This is especially useful when processing large quantities of stone or decorative blocks. You can focus on feeding materials and collecting results instead of navigating menus repeatedly.
Pro Tip
Combine this with the quick refill feature (see Space bar shortcuts) to create a smooth workflow: refill input, cut, collect output, repeat.
