Stfu Mod FAQ

Open the mod list from the main menu or pause screen, select Stfu Mod, then click the config button. Most of its toggles are also available through Mod Menu if you have it installed.

In the Stfu Mod config, enable the options that disable the custom world advice, the tutorial, and the multiplayer warning. They are separate toggles, so turn on each one you want gone.

Enable the option in Stfu Mod that disables the narrator on startup, then restart the game. You can still turn the narrator back on manually, and you can rebind its key in the controls menu.

Turn on the Stfu Mod option that disables chat signing warnings in the config. This hides the warning prompts without changing how chat itself works.

Stfu Mod includes a toggle that disables telemetry, so enable it in the config. This stops the game from sending usage data without you needing to edit any files.

Both are separate options in the Stfu Mod config: one hides advancement broadcast messages, the other hides command block output in chat. Enable whichever you want silenced.

Enable the compact chat option in Stfu Mod, which stacks repeated messages instead of printing them over and over. You can also raise the maximum amount of chat messages with the related option.

Stfu Mod adds options that speed up Minecraft and world (re)loading, so enable them in the config. There is also an option to remove the reloading screen entirely if you prefer not to see it.

Turn on the Stfu Mod option that disables night vision and block light flicker. This removes the constant brightness pulsing without affecting actual light levels.

Stfu Mod mainly changes UI, chat, and loading behavior rather than rendering, so it generally coexists with performance mods. If two mods touch the same screen or option, check both configs to see which one is winning.
