Understanding PIDS Integration

Steel Pulse Transit includes custom JCM PIDS screen scripts designed to display passenger information at stations. These scripts work with MTR's station system to show real-time train arrivals, destinations, and platform assignments on custom display blocks.

Installing and Configuring Scripts

Locate the PIDS script files included with the resource pack. In your MTR station setup, link these scripts to information display blocks placed on your station platform. Configure which trains trigger which displays by setting their route numbers and destinations in the MTR station editor.

Test the displays by running a train through the station. The screens should update to show the approaching train's details. You can customize text color, font size, and layout by editing the script parameters to match your station's aesthetic.
