Stash Tracker Mod FAQ
10 questions players actually ask, answered.
How do I start using Stash Tracker after loading a schematic?
Load your schematic in Litematica, select your desired render layer mode, then press Y to open the material list HUD. This shows all blocks needed for that layer with live progress counts as you build.
Why isn't the mod showing items in my chests?
Stash Tracker only remembers containers you've opened or looked at with an item frame. Open each chest, barrel, or shulker box once so the mod can scan and track its contents.
How do I find which chest has the blocks I need?
Press U to highlight all nearby storage containers holding materials for your current layer—they'll glow with matching colors visible through walls. Open the highlighted containers to see glowing item slots you can grab directly.
Can I use this mod on multiplayer servers?
Yes, Stash Tracker remembers container contents across worlds and servers, so your chest data persists when you switch between them.
What does the verification feature do?
Press Ctrl + B after building to scan placed blocks and highlight mistakes—missing blocks, wrong rotations, extra blocks, or incorrect items will be marked so you can fix them.
How do I prevent placing candles and snow layers wrong?
The mod automatically prevents overclicking on multi-layer blocks like candles, snow layers, sea pickles, and petals, stopping you from accidentally stacking them incorrectly.
Can I preview how a rotated block will look before placing it?
Yes, Stash Tracker simulates block rotation states before placement so you can see if stairs, banners, heads, and other rotatable blocks will face the right direction.
How do I break a huge schematic into smaller chunks?
Use the zone selection tools in the mod settings (Ctrl + Y) to divide your large schematic into smaller building sections, making progress easier to track.
Can I move or resize the material list display?
Yes, you can move and rescale the on-screen HUD panel to fit your preferred layout through the mod settings.
Does this mod work with other building mods or just Litematica?
Stash Tracker is designed to extend Litematica specifically, so you need Litematica installed for the mod to function.
