Prevent Mobs from Spawning in Specific Biomes

Using the In-Game Menu

1. Open the Sprout Weaver mod menu in-game.

2. Search for or select the mob you want to restrict (e.g., Creeper, Zombie).

3. Navigate to the Natural Spawn Conditions tab.

4. Locate the biome restrictions section and use the visual biome picker to select which biomes should block spawns.

5. You can also use biome tags to restrict entire categories of biomes at once (e.g., all desert biomes, all ocean biomes).

6. Confirm your changes—they save automatically to the world's JSON file.

Using Commands

Alternatively, use the command interface:

`

/mobspawncontroller <mob> natural

`

Then edit the biome restrictions in the generated configuration. Use /mobspawncontroller list <mob> to verify your biome rules are active.

Verification

Travel to the restricted biome and confirm the mob no longer spawns naturally. Check your active rules anytime with the in-game menu's Filters tab to see which biomes are blocked for each entity.
