Verify Spiders Are Being Replaced in Your World

Check if the mod is active

Spider Pig Mod is client-side only, so it works automatically once installed. If you're not seeing pigs instead of spiders, verify the mod is loaded.

Where to look for spider pigs

Spiders spawn in the Overworld at night, in caves, and in mineshafts. Look for:

• Surface spiders that spawn after dark in grassy areas
• Cave spiders in abandoned mineshafts and caves (these will also appear as pigs)
• Mob spawners containing spiders—these display pig models inside the cage

Confirm behavior is unchanged

Even though spiders now look like pigs, they still:

• Jump and attack with the same patterns as normal spiders
• Drop string and spider eyes when killed
• Climb walls (though this may look odd on a pig model)
• Ignore you during the day

If you see regular spider models instead of pigs, the mod may not be properly installed or enabled in your launcher. Check your mod folder and launcher settings.
