Track Food Consumption with the Food UI

Opening the Food Tracker

The mod includes a custom chest-based UI that displays your food history. Open it to see exactly which foods you've eaten and their current nutrition values. This is your primary tool for managing diet fatigue.

Reading the Interface

The UI shows your last meals and indicates which foods are "fresh" (full nutrition) and which are "tired" (reduced nutrition). Foods you haven't eaten yet appear differently, signaling they're safe to eat without penalty.

Planning Your Next Meal

Before eating, check the UI to see what you've recently consumed. If you've eaten bread three times in your last 20 meals, avoid it next time. Pick something that appears less frequently in your history.

Identifying Gaps

Look for food types you haven't tried yet. These provide maximum nutrition and help break up repetitive eating patterns. Use the UI as a guide to experiment with new foods and build a balanced, varied diet that keeps you well-fed throughout your adventure.
