Configure Container Types and Settings

Accessing the Config

Spice of Life stores its settings in the mod's configuration file. You can enable or disable specific container types (paper bag, lunch box, picnic basket) based on your preference. Some servers or playstyles may only use certain containers.

Choosing Your Containers

Each container type may have different appearances and capacities. Decide which fits your playstyle: a simple paper bag for minimalism, a lunch box for mid-game, or a picnic basket for late-game convenience. You can enable multiple types and craft whichever you prefer.

Customizing Behavior

Check if your config allows adjustments to how quickly nutrition drops, how many meals are tracked, or container capacity. These settings let you fine-tune difficulty—hardcore players might increase fatigue speed, while casual players might reduce it.

Applying Changes

After editing the config file, restart your game or reload chunks for changes to take effect. Test your settings in a small area before committing to a long playthrough.
