Ensuring Armor and Equipment Remain Visible
Armor Display with Small Items+
Small Items+ scales held items and equipment down uniformly. Your armor pieces—helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots—are still visible on your character model, but any held items appear noticeably smaller.
What Stays Visible
- Equipped armor: Remains at normal size on your body, so teammates and other players can still identify your protection level.
- Held weapons and tools: Scaled down in your hand, improving screen visibility.
- Shields: Reduced in size but still functional and recognizable.
- Off-hand items: Also scaled down for consistency.
Gameplay Impact
Your armor appearance doesn't change, so PvP and multiplayer interactions remain clear. The scaling only affects items held in your hands, not your character's worn equipment. This means you maintain visual communication of your gear while gaining the visibility benefits of smaller held items.
If you're concerned about distinguishing tool types at a glance, the resource pack preserves vanilla textures and shapes—just at reduced scale.
