How to Enable Skyblock Dark UI Without Breaking Your Other Texture Packs
Understanding the Load Order
Skyblock Dark UI only touches GUI textures, so it plays nicely with packs that change blocks, items, or mobs. The trick is stacking it correctly so its dark buttons and bars override the vanilla UI while your terrain pack still shows through.
Step-by-Step
1. Open Options → Resource Packs.
2. Move Skyblock Dark UI above any full texture pack that also edits GUI files (many "complete" packs do). Packs higher in the list win conflicts.
3. If you use a pack that only changes blocks/items, order between the two doesn't matter — leave Skyblock Dark UI wherever it's convenient.
4. Click Done and let the pack reload. If menus still look vanilla, another pack above it is overriding the GUI; drag Skyblock Dark UI higher.
5. Check the hotbar, inventory, and pause menu to confirm the dark theme applied everywhere.
Troubleshooting Conflicts
If only *some* elements turn dark (e.g., buttons but not the hotbar), a pack is partially overriding the GUI folder. Either move Skyblock Dark UI to the top or remove the conflicting pack. Avoid running two GUI-overhaul packs at once — they will fight over the same files and produce a patchwork look.
