How to Open and Use the Sky Void Additions Config Menu
Opening the Menu
Every mechanic in Sky Void Additions is toggleable, and the easiest way to control them is the in-game menu. Run the command /function skyvoid_additions:customize/update_config/open_menu in chat. This opens a chest-style GUI where each feature is represented by an item you can click to turn on or off. You need operator permissions or cheats enabled to run functions, so make sure you're opped on your world or server.
What You Can Toggle
Mechanics are grouped by category — environment and terrain features like amethyst geode creation and netherrack/nylium portals, plus other vanilla-like additions that make items, mobs, and advancements obtainable in SkyBlock. Click an entry to flip its state. The menu updates immediately, so you don't need to reload the world. If a mechanic isn't working, the first thing to check is whether it's enabled here.
Structure Bounding Boxes
Some mechanics rely on structure bounding boxes to detect where to place things. If your SkyBlock map or data pack doesn't generate those bounding boxes — for example, a minimal custom void world — certain features may not trigger even when enabled. Standard SkyBlock maps usually include them. If something silently fails, verify your map provides the required bounding boxes before assuming the toggle is broken.
