Troubleshoot Strikes Not Working or Hitting Wrong Targets

Verify Range and Line of Sight

Orbital strikes only work on blocks within 200 blocks of your position. Ensure your crosshair is aimed directly at the target block—strikes follow your crosshair placement precisely. If aiming through transparent blocks like glass, the strike may register on the glass instead of beyond it.

Check Rod Durability

Rods have limited uses before breaking. If your strike rod doesn't respond to right-clicks, it may be fully depleted. Check your inventory—a broken rod won't fire. Craft a replacement or use a fresh rod.

Confirm Mod Installation

Verify the mod is properly loaded by checking your mods list in-game. Test with a simple strike in a safe area to confirm basic functionality works.

Review Configuration Settings

If strikes seem weak or don't destroy blocks as expected, check the mod's configuration file. Verify that explosion power and block-breaking settings are enabled and set to appropriate values. Some server configurations may restrict block destruction—confirm these permissions are granted.

Test with Different Rod Types

Try both Nuke and Stab shots to isolate whether the issue is specific to one strike type or affects all rods.
