Simple Emotes Mod FAQ

10 questions players actually ask, answered.

How do I set up an emote keybind?
Open your Controls settings, find the Keybind Settings menu, locate the emote you want to bind, and press a key to assign it. Once assigned, press that key in-game to perform the emote.
Why aren't my emotes working?
Check that you've actually assigned a keybind to the emote in the Keybind Settings menu—none are set by default. Also make sure you're not in a menu or chat when trying to trigger the emote.
Can other players see my emotes in multiplayer?
Yes, emotes are visible to other players on the server or in your world, so they can see your animations in real-time.
How many emotes are in the mod?
The mod currently contains around ten emotes that you can discover and use.
Where can I see all the emotes available?
Check the Keybind Settings menu to see the full list of available emotes, or refer to the mod's guide on finding and viewing all available emotes.
Can I use the same keybind for multiple emotes?
No, each keybind can only be assigned to one emote, but you can assign different keys to different emotes.
Do emotes work in single-player?
Yes, emotes work in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
Can I customize how long an emote lasts?
Emotes play their full animation when triggered; the duration is built into each emote and cannot be customized.
Will this mod cause lag or performance issues?
Simple Emotes Mod is lightweight and should not cause noticeable performance problems on most systems.
What do I do if an emote gets stuck or doesn't finish?
Try moving or performing another action to cancel the current emote, or check the troubleshooting guide for emotes not working properly.
