Use Animations in Multiplayer Servers

How Server Synchronization Works

When you join a multiplayer server running Simple Animator Mod, the mod automatically syncs all animations that are loaded on the server host with your client. This means every player connected to that server will see the exact same animations playing on everyone's characters, even if they haven't manually added those files themselves.

Playing Animations on a Server

1. Join a server that has Simple Animator Mod installed

2.

3. Use /animate play <animation> to play any synced animation

4. Other players will see your character perform the animation in real-time

5. Use /interact invite <player> <interaction> to invite another player for a dual animation

You don't need to manually add animations to your folder if they're already on the server—synchronization handles this automatically. This ensures consistent animation playback across all players without requiring manual file distribution.
