How do I mine a spawner without it disappearing?
Use a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch and break the spawner block like you would any other block. The spawner will drop as an item that you can pick up and place elsewhere while keeping its original mob type.
What pickaxe types work for collecting spawners?

Do I need a certain Silk Touch level to mine spawners?
