Understand Shulker Shell Drop Rates

What Changed

This mod modifies the loot table for shulker mobs. Instead of dropping a single shell when defeated, each shulker now drops two shells.

Drop Mechanics

• Every shulker killed will drop exactly two shulker shells.
• Both shells drop at the same location where the shulker died.
• The shells can be picked up like any other item drop.
• This applies to all shulkers in the End dimension.

Practical Impact

Because one shulker now provides both shells needed for a shulker box recipe, you no longer need to hunt multiple mobs for a single box. This makes early-game shulker box acquisition significantly faster and less tedious.

No Other Changes

The mod only affects shulker shell drops. Shulker behavior, combat mechanics, and all other game elements remain unchanged.
