How do I see the full contents of a shulker box?
Press Alt+Shift by default while hovering over the item. This shows the full contents with each stack displayed in its correct slot.

Yes, the preview also works with items obtained in creative mode using control + pick block, such as chests, furnaces, and barrels. It works with most modded containers as well.
Can I change the color of the preview window?
The preview window color changes depending on the color of the shulker box. You can disable this in the config.
How do I open the Shulker Box Tooltip config?
In the mod menu, select ShulkerBoxTooltip and click the gear icon. The config file is at /config/shulkerboxtooltip.json5.
Does Shulker Box Tooltip show loot tables?
Yes, the name of the loot table is displayed in the tooltip if the hovered item has one. This option is disabled by default.
Does Shulker Box Tooltip need to be installed on the server?
The mod can also be installed server-side optionally to provide extra features such as ender chest preview. It is not required for the basic preview.
Does Shulker Box Tooltip add new items or blocks?
No, it is a client-side interface mod that displays the contents of shulker boxes in a preview panel. It does not add new items or blocks.
