Place and Activate Your First Waystone

Finding and Placing a Waystone

Waystones are blocks you craft and place in the world to create teleportation points. Once placed, they become part of your server's waystone network.

1. Craft a waystone using the recipe shown in the mod's crafting guide

2. Select the waystone in your hotbar and place it on the ground like any other block

3. The waystone will activate automatically and become available in your teleportation menu

Naming Your Waystone

Right-click on a waystone you've placed to open its interface. You can give it a custom name to help you remember its location—this is especially useful when you have many waystones across different biomes or bases.

Named waystones appear in your teleportation menu with their custom names, making navigation much easier. Consider naming them after nearby landmarks or their purpose (e.g., "Village Hub", "Nether Portal", "Mining Outpost").
