Fix 'Unknown Host' Errors When Joining Servers

Why You're Getting the Error

When you copy a server address from a website or document, invisible spaces often get included at the start, end, or middle of the text. Minecraft reads these spaces as part of the address and can't find the server, resulting in an 'unknown host' error.

How the Mod Fixes It

Server Address Space Fix Mod automatically detects and removes these unwanted spaces whenever you enter a server address. You don't need to do anything manually — the mod works in the background.

Using Direct Connect

1. Open the Multiplayer menu

2. Click "Direct Connect"

3. Paste your server address (spaces and all)

4. The mod will clean it automatically

5. Click "Join Server"

Adding a Server to Your List

1. Click "Add Server"

2. Enter the server name and address

3. Paste the address even if it has extra spaces — the mod handles it

4. Click "Done"

5. Your server will now appear in your list and connect properly

The mod works silently; you'll simply notice that servers you previously couldn't join now connect without errors.
